The California Department of Water Resources (DWR) has released a special edition newsletter dedicated to the California Water Data Consortium. The newsletter provides information on the Consortium’s purpose, funding, and governance structure. “The nature of the Consortium is unique in that it is one of very few examples of a working public-private partnership between the State of California and non-state participants,” says Kamyar Guivetchi, Manager Division of Planning at the DWR.
