Working Group Co-Chair
Rural Community Assistance Partnership
Darcy Bostic is a Research Associate at the Rural Community Assistance Partnership where she conducts research on rural water management in the US, particularly in the face of climate change. She aims to integrate (1) the human right to water into all facets of water policy and (2) support the realization of resilient water systems in vulnerable and underserved communities. She has a B.S. and M.S. in Hydrologic Sciences from UC Davis where she studied everything water — from understanding sediment transport in rivers to graphing social networks involved in sea level rise adaptation to highlighting inequities in groundwater access and policy in CA’s San Joaquin Valley.
