Drew Atwater

Drew currently works as a Principal at BB&A which serves the energy, water, wastewater and transportation industries. Drew brings 15 years of public sector experience as a public sector executive and consultant. Drew has served as Deputy General Manager of the Moulton Niguel Water District, Manager of Rates, Charges, & Financial Planning for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and serves as the Chair of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) Rates and Charges Committee Subcommittee on Rate Design. Drew has extensive financial and operational experience including leveraging data analytics to optimize processes, operations, and asset management.
